800-hour Advanced Certification Programs and Continuing Education
The Maui School of Therapeutic Massage also offers an 800-hour Certification Program, which presents an opportunity for the student to pursue further study and specialization in a variety of massage and bodywork disciplines. This advanced certification specialty program consists of an additional 150 hours of advanced training study and clinical practice. There are several specialty tracks currently being offered including:
Sports & Orthopedic Massage
Lomi Lomi Hawaiian Healing Arts
Structural Bodywork
Asian Bodywork
Wellness and Stress Management
Therapeutic Exercise
Spa Treatments
These course are open to current students, graduates, and licensed Massage Therapists. The student has some flexibility in designing the advanced training option to choose elective courses suited to their particular areas of interest. The tuition for the 150-hour program is $2,400 (plus tax), which is at a discounted rate to our standard Continuing Education Courses.
