APPLY AND ENROLL

APPLICATION PROCEDURE: Applicants must be 18 years of age or older, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and submit a completed application form, current photo, and $50 nonrefundable application fee to the school. When your complete application is received, you will be contacted to schedule a personal interview to be considered for acceptance. Telephone interviews can be arranged for applicants residing out-of-state. Upon final acceptance, a nonrefundable registration deposit of $425 plus tax is required to hold your space.

TUITION and PAYMENT PLANS: $4,800* tuition covers both full and part-time 650-hour licensing programs. Various payment options, including monthly payment plans are available:

Option One: One payment of $4,800* covers full tuition for our 650-hour program. After your deposit of $425* is paid, the balance of $4,375* is due two weeks before classes begin.

Option Two: Two payments: The first payment of $2,832* (which does not include the $425* registration deposit) is due two weeks before classes begin. The second payment of $1,693* is due two weeks before Term Two begins. The total for this option comes to $4,950*, including the initial $425* deposit.

Option Three: Monthly payments: $425* per month for 11 months. Tuition is due on the first of each month. The first payment of $425* is due two weeks before classes begin and does not include the initial $425* deposit. The total of deposit plus tuition payments comes to $5,100* for this option. Option three is available for the 12-month program only. Students enrolling in the 7-month full-time program are limited to tuition payment options one or two.

Option Four: Individual classes or courses may be attended on a space available basis at a tuition rate of $16* per class hour. MSTM students or graduates who wish to repeat a course may enroll again at $8* per class hour if space allows. The Clinical Massage Practice course is tuition-free.

     Textbooks: approximately $264*
     Supplies: approximately $200*
     *Tax: The State of Hawaii charges 4.167% General Excise Tax on all goods and services.                      GE Tax will be added to books, supplies, deposit, and tuition.

A professional quality massage table is necessary for your career from the time you become a student. Owning or having access to a massage table is required for practice throughout the program. For those who wish to purchase a table through the school, discounts are available for MSTM students. A group order will be placed prior to the start of classes. More information on tables and supplies will be provided to all students. If you want this information sooner, please let us know.

APPLICATION FORM: If you are ready to apply now, please download an application form, or ask us to mail or E-mail you one. Fill out the form completely and send it to us with the nonrefundable application fee of $50 by check or money order made payable to "M.S.T.M." A current photo of yourself must be submitted with your application.
